Sista Ọlọ́ruńtoyin

Sista Ọlọ́ruńtoyin is a spoken word and performing artist, social justice advocate, and community organizer based in Hamburg. She is a member of the ARRiVATi Agitprop Art Collective.
Her work draws inspiration from Yoruba philosophy, African oral traditions, storytelling, and collective memory, exploring memory, identity, belonging, collective care, empowerment, and liberation through performance, dialogue, and community organizing. She co-founded the Black Community Coalition for Justice & Self-Defence and works at the intersection of culture, community, wellbeing, and social justice. She is also a psychosocial counsellor.
