TATAR KYZ:LAR (allapopp and Dinara Rasuleva) is a punk electronic music and poetry performative project, that merges decolonial and queer-feminist perspectives to explore the experience of reclaiming and reimagining identity after the loss of native culture and language.

allapopp is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary media and performance artist from Tatarstan, Russia. Their practice brings together Tatar, trans-Soviet, queer, and migrant perspectives to explore situated forms of knowledge and technology. Working across digital art, music, and performance, they create installations, interactive live experiences, and mixed reality formats that examine identity, memory, and speculative futures through participatory and technologically mediated encounters.
Alongside their artistic practice, allapopp develops collaborative projects at the intersection of experimental music, digital culture, and critical media art. They are a co-founder of the music projects TATAR KYZ and BBB_, and a member of the dgtlfmnsm collective and the Dreaming Beyond AI network.
allapopp studied at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach, the Athens School of Fine Arts, and Tongji University Shanghai, where they developed the interdisciplinary approach that continues to shape their artistic practice today.

Dinara Rasuleva
Dinara Rasuleva is a writer and poet_ess based in Berlin and born in Kazan, Tatarstan. Writing across Tatar, Russian, English, and German, her practice explores language as a site of memory, loss, and resistance. Through poetry, performance, and essay writing, she investigates decolonial and feminist perspectives, tracing how migration, multilingualism, and linguistic displacement shape personal and collective histories.
Alongside her literary work, Rasuleva develops participatory writing projects that create spaces for collective reflection on language and identity. In 2020, she founded a feminist writing laboratory for immigrant FLINTA* communities, followed by Lostlingual (2022), an artistic exploration of the loss of her native Tatar language through translingual experimental poetry. Building on this research, she initiated the TEL laboratories, dedicated to writing in forgotten, endangered, or stolen mother tongues.
Her publications include the poetry collection Su (2022), the novel Traumagotchi/Травмагочи (2025), and Lostlingual (2025), a hybrid volume of essays and multilingual poetry.
